නමුත් කෞමාර භෘත්‍ය කියන්නේ නවීනයට වඩා පලල්ව පැතිරුණු විෂයක් ඒකට, ළමා රෝග, ප්‍රසව තන්ත්‍රය, කාන්තා රෝග කියන කාරනා තුනම අයිති වෙනවා. මේ තුන අද නවීන බටහිර විද්‍යාවට අනුව විෂය තුනක්. නමුත් මෙහිදී මේවායේ ඇති සමානත්වය බලා එකට යොදා තිබෙනවා.
අගධ තන්ත්‍රය කියන්නේ විෂවේදය නමින් හදුන්වන විෂය, දේශීය වෙදකමේ එන සර්ප විෂ කියන කොටසත් අයිති මේ විෂයට තමයි. හැබැයි මේ සර්ප විෂ කියන්නේ මේකෙන් ඉතාම සීමිත කොටසක් විතරයි. අහාර විෂ, රසායන විෂ, ඇතුළු පුලුල් විෂයක් මේ. ඊලගට එන්නේ භූත විද්‍යාව මේක ගොඩක් වෙලාවට මානසික තත්වයන් ගැන. අපේ වටිනා ජ්‍යෝතිෂය ( මාරය මල්ලි සහ ජ්‍යෝතිෂ ලංකා මේ ගැන කථා කරයි.) තොවිල් ඇතුලු මානසික රෝග සුව කරන විෂයක් තමයි මේ.
අනිත් දෙකෙන් ඊලගට මම කියන්නේ රසායන ක්‍රමය ගැන. ඒක ගොඩක් අය වැඩිය වටිනා විද්‍යාවක් විදියට නොහිතුවත් මේක ජාතියක නිරෝගීතාවට ඉතා වැදගත් වෙනවා. නවීන වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යාව අද මේ විෂයේ වටිනාකම තේරුම අරන් තියනවා. මේකටම තමයි අද පෝෂණවේදය කියන්නේ.
දැන් ඉතිරි එක ඒ කියන්නේ වාජීකරනය. මේ විෂය ගැන ඇත්තටම මම ගොඩක් කනගාටු වෙනවා. මොකද අනිත් විෂයන් යන්තමින් හරි තියනවා. නමුත් මේක, මේකෙ පරමාර්ථ වලින් බැහැර කරලා නිකම්ම නිකන් කුනුහරපයක් කරලා.
මේ විෂය යටතට වැටෙනවා. ස්ත්‍රි පුරුෂ සරුභාවය. මේ සදහා තමයි මේ විෂය දියුණු කලේ. නමුත් ඔබ දන්නවා අද මෙයින් ගන්න ප්‍රයෝජන. කොහොම හරි අද ලෝකයට ලොකුම ගැටළුවක් වෙලා තියන සරුභාවය කියන ප්‍රශ්නෙට පිළිතුරු මෙහි තියනවා.
